I’ve been working in various customer service positions for several years. I also have experience of administrative tasks in Finland, Norway, Spain, and Australia.

At the moment, I study service design. Improving customer service experience and developing routine tasks have always inspired me. A great customer experience is close to my heart, and I’m passionate about improving it – whether it is working directly with customers or as part of a larger development task.

Working many years in the restaurant industry has honed my problem-solving skills, and I can handle demanding situations professionally. My main strengths are conscientious work ethic, flexibility, and taking initiative. I work fluently in Finnish as well as in English.
