My education and work history is very international. After high school, I studied a degree in tourism, which took me to the hospitality industry for years. I then went back to school to complete a BBA degree in international trade and logistics. After school, I have worked years in various positions in Germany, Finland and now here in Spain. I have especially long work experience working as a sales coordinator in export and customer service tasks. I can also handle various assistant tasks and simple financial administration tasks. In my previous jobs, I have processed and archived large amounts of data and I’m not afraid of new softwares or systems. I have worked in B2C and B2B customer service face-to-face, by phone, email and chat. Being a contact person for international B2B customers and Key Account Managers has also been one of my jobs, and I also have several years of experience working at fairs and events.

For me it’s important to listen customer’s wishes, because customers’ satisfaction is where I get my motivation from. Versatile tasks that require precision are my favorite. I enjoy when I can multitask, finish the work on time, hold many threads in my hands and coordinate between things. Working with numbers and different people make work fun for me. I’m not afraid of work and I jump on all kinds of tasks. Every taks offers something good and an opportunity to learn something new!

Finnish is my mother tongue, but I also speak fluent English and German. In addition, I’m trying to improve my Swedish language skills and I’m currently learning Spanish. In my free time I do sports (gym, group exercise, padel) and I really enjoy spending time with my friends. I also love to travel, enjoy new taste experiences and cooking.
