Administrative manager

As administrative manager, I am responsible for the administrative tasks of the company. As a virtual assistant, I get to use my problem-solving skills and my systematic approach to work. I manage the company’s documents, invoicing and financial administration, as well as HR tasks. Customer service is a natural part of all my work.

As an employee, I am efficient and accurate, and I enjoy solving problems and finding solutions. I’m a numbers cruncher and a stickler for meticulous work, making sure all the details are right. I am prepared to work long hours to get things done on time.

It’s important for me to constantly develop in my work and learn new skills. I am self-motivated and enjoy taking on new challenges and projects. So I am a combination of accuracy, initiative and a willingness to help others – qualities that make me a reliable and efficient worker.
