I’m a firm believer that empathy is the secret ingredient to great work. Whether I’m navigating the complexities of a project or just catching up with a teammate, I focus on placing myself in others’ situations to find the most thoughtful path forward. Being a father to two daughters has only sharpened that “people-first” mindset, helping me stay grounded and focused on what really matters.

Based in beautiful Spain, I spend my free time soaking up the local scenery and hiking through the mountains with my family. I’m a big fan of the outdoor life—though I’m equally comfortable in a cramped airplane seat. Apparently, my greatest hidden talent is the ability to sleep soundly on a flight without any head support, which I like to think makes me the ultimate low-maintenance traveler!
